Hi! We are Rebecca and Cassie, your clinical naturopaths and nutrition experts in Sydney

Here to listen, we want to understand what your body is doing; we want to understand what your body is not doing and then we want to understand the connection between these two. We like to think of it as a little bit of naturopathic magic called getting-you-body-back-in-balance.

Here to listen, we want to understand what your body is doing; we want to understand what your body is not doing and then we want to understand the connection between these two. We like to think of it as a little bit of naturopathic magic called getting-you-body-back-in-balance.

Rebecca Warren

PhD Candidate, MPH, BHSc, Ad.Dip.Nat., CertIVRM, NHAA, AFMCP.

As a highly experience clinical naturopath and nutritionist with over 13 years experience, Rebecca quickly became a well-respected and leading voice in the naturopathic industry. After graduating in the top 3% of her class, she was named as the naturopathic expert for Body+Soul, has lectured in naturopathic medicine and clinical nutrition and has presented her research both nationally and internationally.

Rebecca has been invited onto several industry advisory boards, has a Masters in Public Health, a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) and is currently undertaking her PhD at the University of New South Wales where she has designed a health coaching intervention to support caregivers improve their nutrition and health while caring for a loved one with cancer.

Rebecca enjoys working with digestive complaints, fatigue, mental health (stress, anxiety and depression), hormonal imbalances and what she calls ‘busy life syndrome’.

In addition, Rebecca has undertaken extra clinically-based post-graduate study in functional medicine (IFM) and clinical testing (Hemaview and QUADScan) which allows her to see her patients and their health challenges through a truly unique lens.

Since having her daughter via emergency caesarean, Rebecca has developed a special interest in supporting the gut health of caesarean babies and helping women not only thrive during their pregnancy, but continue this into the 4th trimester so they can heal and recover well post birth.

When she isn’t consulting or studying, Rebecca loves spending time with her family, especially her husband Anthony and their little girl Penelope, getting creative in the kitchen, playing with her dog Huxley and sitting in the garden with a mug of herbal tea.

Cassie Davenport

BHSc (Hons)

An experienced and degree qualified naturopath and nutritionist, Cassie is passionate about co-creating achievable and sustainable solutions with her clients. Her approach involves combining the latest evidence based research with traditional herbal medicine methods and believes small changes can create a big impact!

While she very much enjoys improving immune health, nutrition and digestion, a special interest has always been family health, especially supporting women in all seasons of life.

From girls celebrating their first menses (puberty), to pre-conception, post-partum and menopause, empowering as many women as possible to have a greater understand of their cycle is something Cassie takes joy in. She also enjoys supporting men’s health and teaching them how to focus on nutrition, stress reduction and metabolic health.

After becoming a mother and navigating some health issues with her son, Cassie became passionate about children’s health and wellness. Having worked through food allergies, cow’s milk protein intolerance and eczema, she now not only has the knowledge but also life experience to help parents navigate the health hurdles of their own little ones.

Cassie’s current goal for herself is to find ways to slow down. To not be so rushed that she misses the magic in an ‘ordinary day’.

Being a mum, a life partner, running a business and studying can be a heavy load – so finding ways to prioritise herself (without guilt) is a big learning curve. Her favourite way to wind down is spending time with husband and son(s) at the beach and she isalways on the hunt for extra large mugs – Cassie is a self-confessed tea-a-holic and a standard cup is just NOT enough!

Frequently asked questions

Do you have some questions about how sessions work, costs or how to get started?

It’s as simple as booking your appointment! This can be done through our secure online booking system.

Your consultation will typically go for an hour (or 75 minutes if you have chosen the comprehensive testing option) and will involve your naturopath asking you lots of different questions about your health and current concerns. They will piece together what is going on and then take you through your treatment/management strategy. They will then arrange a follow up appointment, which is usually 2 – 4 weeks from your initial. If there is any additional testing/investigations that need to be done in between, your naturopath will take you through all these.

Find out more about how we work.

  • Standard initial consultation (60 minutes) – $220  (can be face to face or online)
  • Initial consultation with comprehensive testing (75 minutes) – $280 (can only be done face to face)
  • Report of Findings Consults (your first follow up – 45 minutes) – $160 (can be face to face or online)
  • Standard follow up (30 minutes) – $95
  • Comprehensive Follow up (45 minutes) – $160 (can be face to face or online)

It takes as long as it takes. While we would love to be able to give you a definitive ‘xx number of consults and you’ll be cured’ the reality is everyone is different and their bodies progress at different rates. As a very rough guide, we should be seeing some changes within 4 – 6 weeks but your naturopath will work closely with you to make sure things are moving in the right direction. If not, they will talk you through a variety of different options which may include more in-depth testing.

Our (physical) naturopathic clinic has recently had a tree change and moved from Surry Hills (Sydney) to Camden, roughly an hour from Sydney. Consults can be done face to face or you can take advantage of our telehealth options and speak to one of our naturopaths from anywhere in the world!
